 All the findings that have been shared with you through the reading of your coffee cup are a form of entertainment. Any decisions you have made or will make as a result of something that has been said during a reading is entirely your responsibility. Mona nor this website shall not be held accountable or liable for any outcome, consequence or result of a decision or action that has been made in your part based on the findings of a reading.

Any advice, information or consultation that has been shared with you shall not be considered to be given by any qualified professional. Whether it be psychological, sociological, financial, family, career oriented or any other subject. 

You must be at least 18 years old to receive psychic reading services.

Children are not advised to attend readings.

Everything that we will be discussed before, during and after a reading as well as all contact and financial information are entirely confidential. Any dialogue between you and Mona are to be used for your personal use only. Any recordings shall be kept and intended for your reference only and shall not be made public in any shape or form.

All bookings which have been made on the website as well as over the phone, by e-mail or through any other channel are non-refundable. A change to the date and/or time can be arranged, once per booking, no later than 24h before the original booking time.
